What's causing my PS5 to still be hot after hours pass when off?

So I decided to buy a replacement power supply from amazon brand new condition as the ASHATA-400DR. Even tested while dissassembled and it worked great too.

At first my console shuts off when playing NFS Unbound as a 1st test with the new power supply. Unfortunately it shuts off completely with no error code but the 'Not Properly Turned Off' screen again. After rebooting to play the game as test #2, so far didn't had any error codes from CE-108255-1 yet and it didn't shut off this time. Thinking it was the 3 year old power supply was bad that couldn't run the game and software properly to function them.

After thinking from last night after replacing the dust cover and putting my dual sense charger stand on the console to charge my dualsense controller, something odd happened. For some reason when I was about to play which was 8pm sunday june 25, I noticed my stand was warm at the bottom and checked my console and it was still warm. Normally my old power supply cooled down with the cover on but the new one didn't so I turned it on and powers on like normal and safely turned it off.

I unplugged it and it was cooled down so its probably not use to my old PS5 till I figure it out. Incase if it pursues, would probably unplug it everytime to prevent a overheating issue. What do you think on this issue? Also I think I might move my console if this is a good idea. Here is a pic on its placement.

Also had the shell off to see if the fan was working earlier.
