Boot loop after a baby hitting with a toothbrush

When I was home with my little brother. I was on my phone when I fell asleep and my little brother took it out of my hands and went to the bathroom and started to hit it with a toothbrush I woke up and I saw my brother hitting the tooth brush on my phone . He said I was doing like a repair on the phone. I was like no that is not a repair ! My brother said but you need to pay me NOW! Me I was like You have broke the phone little repair man Then he ran to my room and crying there so I was on my computer (Not iMac) And was looking to do something with the iTunes to do a restore on the phone but the Itunes were not loading at all!

Please send me a repair or a reboot! Thanks!
