Need help fixing my Wii U

Every time I turn on my Wii U it stay in the Wii U loading screen , also when I turn on the game pad it shows me all these option but it don’t let me check my Mii acc , every time I click on a app it tell me to put the password but I forgot the password and it don’t let me change it so I can get into the account I need help asap I’m trying to fix this problem
