left arrow key no longer works after over a year of ownership

So recently I noticed that my Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 3 Chromebook's left arrow key stopped working. I've had this thing for over a year, as it was a Christmas present I have no idea how much it cost, but it is no longer under warranty and I am wondering what the heck is going on. I know for a fact that I haven't spilled anything on it, so what could be wrong? I'm taking it into a business called Computer Hospital tomorrow for a diagnostic.
