@dalereising what is the exact model of your TV? Does the whole screen show the color one after the next? That is commonly the display test program that can be run from a menu. Not sure yet why yours does it. Have you unplugged your TV, removed all the input sources, holed the power button down for 30 sec or so and then plug one input source and the TV back in. See if that made a difference.
