So i think i boot my laptop wrong disabled the safe start boot or something in the bios setting s now my laptop after i press the start button to open i hear imidiatly like 20 beeps 1 like main and it is followed by 3 more up to 5 times so its like 5x4 times beeps it total of 20 and i got the black screen after that pls help me what i should do for this problem?

You haven't said what you have tried to do.
Have you tried this? Turn off at power button. Press and hold F2 key while pressing the power button. Wait awhile. This should take you into the BIOS.
For next possible solution take out battery first.
You can try resetting BIOS as in this video. This is for the NP355V5C so it may not be the same for your particular model. Take your time, work slowly and steady your hand. You don't want to short the wrong pads.
If you don't feel confident doing this don't do it as you could possibly cause further damage.
