One of kneading paddles loose
One of machines kneading paddles is loose and paddle doesnt knead dough

Hi, if you can remove the paddle, try winding some thread around the shaft and see if this works. That's if it is too loose. If too tight remove h paddle and put a little olive oil on the shaft.
