Toshiba 50INCH 50UL2163DBC TV, no picture with white burn mark
I’ve just got back from visiting my boyfriend and the TV that I purchased in November 2021 has absolutely no image whatsoever, but it does after a short wait have a blueish white burn mark that just gets bigger and bigger until it fills most of the screen. I’ve got sound so I know the TV is working but the screen isn’t and I’ve really not had it very long, or moved it around at all. It was working on Tuesday with no issues when I was last at home, have tried power cycling too.

@idkx6qkcc57valj try other input sources. Check HDMI, Component and even regular cable coax. See if that changes anything when you select different input sources.
