So I have replaced my battery, ram, and hard drive on my 2009 MacBook Pro 13” and it seems that the screen won’t turn on. The battery is fully charged and the fans seem to spin when I pressed the power button but the screen won’t display anything.

Using a flashlight aimed from the backside of the lids Apple logo are you able to see the faint image of your desktop and it’s icons? If you do then the issue is within the backlight logic.
