DJI Drone bound to account?

I have a DJI Mavic three I just bought off eBay and it says that it is bound to another account i called DJI and the said that they will do nothing I’m a little lost cause I spent so much money on it. I want to be able to fly it is there anyway that this can be on down from the previous owners account? I don’t know who owns the account though. Can anyone help with this

Sadly there isn’t much you can do as this is a lot like the Activation Lock on Apple products. I would contact the seller and try to get a refund. If the seller is being uncooperative then contact eBay and PayPal. You also may try contacting DJI but without proof of purchase they probably won’t do much.
