How can I fix a loose lightning port?

There are four screws holding the charging port in place inside the phone, but to be honest I've never seen a case where those screws came loose. Rather, what usually happens is that the charging port itself gets damaged or worn, allowing it to move when it shouldn't.

So generally the cure for a loose charging port is to replace it. It's a bit of a job on your phone, as there are a lot of parts that have to be removed to get to it, but it is definitely doable if you have the time and inclination. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an iFixit guide for that particular repair on your phone, but there's a French company called SOSav that does have one that will take you step by step through the whole process.

You can, however, get the part you need to do the repair here; although you can use any color, they offer all the varieties to match your phone.

If you're going to tackle this, don't forget the adhesives to glue the screen back on and resecure the battery.

Speaking from experience, I usually buy a couple of the display adhesives; it's all too easy to mess up applying them then you end up waiting while you reorder, which is a pain in the butt.
