I have some Xboxs that I have repaired I'm having a problem with my Xbox's where if I put In a game it just shows the Xbox logo and tries to play it as a DVD when I press play how do I fix this and have changed the disk drive from the origi

If you changed the disc drive, it is always going to end up like this.
Xbox 360 disc drives are encrypted and only the original one came with the console can read games. When replacing the drive, you need to swap the drive controller board, or perform a difficult drive firmware flashing operation to retain the pairing relationship.
Find your original disc drive and swap the board.

so the original board cuaght on fire so its not usable
so have i just made my Xbox a fancy DVD player
@keith_themuscovyduck You didn't say that, include background information properly in the question.
You can always RGH the console to extract the drive key to flash into the new drive, or RGH and hack the thing all the way through.
didn't think that was necessary sorry did not know u even needed the other drive so I though it was extra info any way how do I rgh the console
