I have a xenon xbox 360 that I got 1 year ago but it's starting to have some issues like freezing on startup and having graphical glitches and I don't know what it's doing

Thanks for the reply I don't have any tools to fix it right now so I bought an Xbox 360 slim and transfer kit I will fix it in the future
It got the three red lights
