2 ribbon is intact but the black plastic device is what broke
I just broke mine as well but the piece that you’re supposed to bend down to secure the ribbon in place is what I broke off. My ribbon is intact but the black plastic device to close the ribbon and secured in place is what broke. Is there any suggestions out there for what I should do? Thank you

Can you post the pics so we can see what you are facing

Can't see a pic lol. Needs a new connector soldered onto the board of you're any good with micro soldering. If not a computer shop should do it.
