Danny, are there any trouble codes showing on the OBD-II diagnostic port? You'll need a scanner to read them on most cars, but they may give you a clue where to look for the problem.
With very little info given, there are many things to consider; incorrect/incomplete wiring, fuel or ingition issue, factory antitheft system preventing enigne running, etc.
