My laptop doesn't boot and says this

It has lost the hard drive. need to go into bios and see if it recognizes the hard drive. If it does then I would suggest running a check disk on it to make sure it is still good, if not need to replace hard drive.

After a manual restart it is ok
@Vagelis I would still run a check disk to check the hard drive out.
have you tried pressing enter on boot manager
