My TV does not power up, Sony KDL-52XBR9. When plugged in and power button pressed, I hear a relay click 4 times then it turns to blinking red LED 10 times per cycle. Is this worth repairing? What board needs to be replaced?

Try a reset procedure first if you haven't already.
Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet.
The 10 blink code is a watchdog timer code, not an actual fault code per the service manual.
According to this answer most of the faults related to this code are on the BU board.
This TV is based on the EX2M chassis which will help when looking for parts.

Since there is an error code (11 Blinks) that's for a bad BU board IC you should count the blinks very carefully, as it might tell you what you need to know.
