no camera after colour change

Hey

Did a colour change on my Iphone4, and ever since I did it, the camera didn't work.

When I opened the camera the first time, it worked, but when I tried to switch to front camera, the shutter screen just froze.

Did a reset, and still the same. Also the bottom of the screen where you change to video camera flickers.

I installed a camera app to see if it helped, and it does. The camera opens and works fine. Unfortunately the app doesn't let me change to front camera to test, but I assume since I can take a pic, its a software issue and not a hardware issue.

Any thoughts on how I can rectify this?
