My device shut down after 38-40 sec of booting

i dropped water on my laptop, after taking it to maintenance a tech clean it, but the device start to shut down after 38_40 sec of booting , he tried many thing like changing BIOS but the same problem, shutting down after 38-40 seconds, also i noticed that's the fans are very slow.
