2 How do I repair or replace the broken volume wheel?
The volume wheel no longer clicks when turned and won't adjust the volume. How do I open up the other ear and repair the wheel?

mine was not physically broken but had the issue where the volume wheel wasnt doing anything when trying to either turn up or down the volume. The way i fix it was pretty simple. I actually had to remove the cushion and the screws to reveal the inside of the headset and then saw nothing wrong except that it was dirty, it had like a tiny ball of fur so all i did was to clean it and after cleaning the dust the wheel started to work again with no other issues.
