Random errors after battery swap on Nintendo Switch

I performed a battery swap on the Nintendo switch using a battery I purchased from ifixit and now I'm having random errors. The date and time aren't updating properly, the screen flickers when on battery, games randomly hang and require a hard reboot to fix, and trying to run a software update locks the machine requiring a hard reboot. Also the thing will randomly tell me I have no battery capacity minutes after it had been charging for several hours and also while displaying power of higher than 97%. I performed a battery calibration after installing and it's been two weeks and problems didn't occur immediately.

My main question is: is the battery is faulty?
