Do you mean the physical screen is loose or the display is jittering?

What Arron said. If it the LCD is physically loose, you may have forgotten the 4 LCD screws that hold it in place. If you digitizer is loose, you may need to apply better adhesive to keep it in place. If the touchscreen is moving on its own, the digitizer may be defective, connectors are not fully connected, or the flex cable is pinched. This last one is probably a longshot but if you are referring to flickering, this may be a sign of a damaged LCD or static present. Charging the device to over 50% will typically get rid of any static present.
