tx-48cx400b screen with a couple of partial horizontal lines.

Hi guys, I saw someone else answering a question about this TV on this forum a couple of years back, so I thought I'd chance my arm and ask! The TV has horizontal lines in the right hand upper corner but they don't appear to extend across the whole screen, which I haven't seen before. Could anyone tell me what part might be required? I don't believe there was physical damage to the screen but can't guarantee it, I know it's an older telly but I hate throwing anything that might be salvageable out.
