Lg g7 thinq good signal drop calls but lte good

Hello at all, i have a new backup lg g7 think just out of the box. Is backup pho e for old lg g7 of my wife has broken. The telephone was functioning good for two week. Now have good signal good navigation wirl5h lte but drop dont catch calls. There is a procedure/menu/test/fix?

I have upgraded google and all apps android 10 last release, tim ita original stock rom.
