Replaced control board but now will not go into any wash mode and func

Bravos model mvwb300wq1. Replaced bearings and hub. Ran one load perfectly then heard a pop. Found exposed wire. Replaced control board and now the lights come on. Beeps like normal but no light in time remaining window and will not operate. When unplugged and reset water runs but then shuts off. Try resetting but gets h83 code
