My back camera and front camera is not working

Hi,
I also have this problem. When I opened it, I found out that the front camera ribbon cable is cut. The front camera and the back camera uses the same board attachment. Since, I have been using this phone for almost 4 years. I bought another andriod phone other then fixing it. Hope this helps

I have the same problem. At first only the front camera did not work but now both the cameras do not work, do you think it is a software problem or an hardware issue?
