Taptic engine and Loudspeaker not working after housing replacement.

Try double-checking the connection on the loud speaker and taptic engine. If that doesn't work, see if the bottom microphone will work. If the bottom mic doesn't work, it is most likely a charging port issue. If you replace the charging port yet it still does not work, and IOS update might be needed. Lastly, if that doesn't work, try backing up and restoring the iPhone. If still, the vibration doesn't work it might be a motherboard issue.
