The glue needs to be suitable for a 10' sub woofer and preferably very quick drying. I am rear mounting my sub so it needs to fit that

Unless you're repairing or reconing the speaker, you shouldn't use glue. Use a gasket material like Neoprene to mount the speaker or use a gasket specifically made for 10" speaker mounting. Glue or sealant like silicone, etc. will lead to problems and make any future upgrades or repairs a nightmare. If you need to actually repair the surround material on your sub, then butyl rubber caulking is usually the best option.
