AirPods Pro LED indicator light, charging port not working.

Both the LED indicator and the charging port on my AirPods Pro case have decided to stop working. The sync button on the back of the case still works, the case still shows it charging the earbuds on the popup, and they still pair and connect to both my MacBook and my iPhone. The case charges wirelessly but the port does nothing. I’ve cleaned it a good few times and it still doesn’t work.

If you're a skilled repair technician then go right on ahead and fix the port.

If your not though, you:

  1. Will be stuck using wireless charging forever
  2. Take it to apple and they will quote you an extortionate price for replacement
  3. Take it to a repair technician who will quote a more reasonable price.
