It is possible that the technician incorrectly installed the battery connector and the battery has lost contact. It also happens sometimes. Most often, however, one of the capacitors in the power buses is damaged, which leads to the complete immobilization of the phone. To unambiguously confirm the diagnosis, you need a good repair shop, where the technician will answer your question with 100% certainty - what was damaged. We have a number of specialized tools and repair procedures for this. For the future, avoid charlatans, it is neither professional nor cheap there. I am convinced that starting your phone from the current state takes about 30 minutes of work and relatively small costs (these, however, should be checked beforehand - they mainly depend on your localization).
