I haven't used this laptop in 4 years but when I go to turn it on the power light turns on blue, has a little start up from what I can hear then nothing. Screen stays black no logo. The two out of the four light at the bottom of the laptop turn blue but thats it. Its fully charged. Any help? Or has it been too long?

Here are a few simple yet effective methods to try when this happens:
Restart Your Explorer.
Look for Loose Cables & Connection.
Check if it's a Display/Screen Issue.
Faulty Update of Display Adapter Driver/Graphics Card.
Use Windows Key Sequence.
Sometimes Antivirus can be the Problem.
Uninstall Faulty Updates.
