Hacked Certificates - CRL.Apple.Com

I’ve asked a few questions on ifixit. If anyone want's to really take a look at my problem, I would be more than happy to pay. Anyway, I always see all these encrypted files on my computer. One file will have hundreds of certificates on it. Below, you can get a small snippet from one of them. Anyway, I was looking at one of them, and it referenced crl.apple.com. I looks for pages in Google Index under that TLD and didn’t see anything. Anyway, from my computer, I can see a ton of weird looking data. Please look at images below.
