If it is possible to extract information from memory card from iphone-5s if processor is damaged.

I have seen your Question and I hope this can help you
iPhones don’t use memory cards they have flash chips that are soldered to the logicboard
I believe It would be recoverable however please do not quote me on that
You can get machines that can read the flash chips if they are removed but I wouldn’t do it if you don’t have a lot of experience as there is a lot that can go wrong
