Optical drive tab snapped on motherboard

If the plastic tab on the motherboard has snapped for my optical drive cable how can i fix it? As i recently took apart my original PS4 to change the paste and clean the heatsink, but when i tried to plug in my optical cable it wouldn’t stay inside the motherboard. Does a way exist of keeping the cable in place without glue or something? As i cannot read games due to this or eject them. Thanks
