White, Green and Pink lines on the top and bottom of my laptop screen

After updating my laptop to WIN10, I noticed a few lines on the top and bottom of my laptop screen. I tried updating my graphic driver, bios but sadly it didn’t work. I have an Alienware 17 laptop
