Are keys and switches the same as the 13 2020 Models?

There are some differences with some keys so its not likely. Its still early as the availability of the parts is when we will know what is transferable (if at all)

Why do you want to move key parts around?

If you are looking for specific language keyboard set its best to order it via Apple online using the proper country site and have someone local reship it to you if you are in a different country. Some Apple Stores can also make that possible for you. Here in Boston we have a lot of foreign students who want systems with their native language keyboards and will arrange the special order.

In any case I don’t recommend lifting the keycaps off as they are very hard to put back as you can easily damage them which will mean you’ll need to replace them as as this is such a new system that will be very hard and could be quite costly if you damage many.
