Bottom spaker popping when booting and for a while sound come out

So i just got this iPhone XS a while ago and i’m fixing it. Now I just come to see what’s wrong with the bottom speaker, as i said in the title the bottom speaker makes a pop when booting up (apple logo), finished booting it makes some distorted sounds then nothing at all. I’ve tried replaing it but no difference.
