Alt-Key repeatability presses at a random interval.

I have a Corsair keyboard, I don’t know what model, that I recently spilled water on. I of course removed it and let it dry for a night and the first 1-2 days, nothing felt off and the keyboard was working fine. Now, the alt key is being randomly pressed at random intervals from a few minutes to a few hours. I don’t know what I could do, any tips?
