Why does my PHONE BLUE ADVANCE 4.0 stop at the home image and not advance anymore? it's like frozen.
I take out the battery and insert it again , but the same thing happens.
How do I recover my photos and contacts?
Please, help me.

Do you mean that your phone freezes at the boot screen(it shows the Blu logo) or that it freezes at the home screen(when you get your home screen layout)?
