Could a motherboard for MacBook Pro mid-2015 (DG) work in my MacBook Pro Retina mid-2014 model A1398 EMC 2881 (discrete graphics) ?

Are there any incompatibilities with the laptop?

(I/O board, screen, battery, heat sink, ...)

Apple often alters things just enough that make moving logic boards around not possible. What I can tell you is you are limited on moving within the given ID grouping

As you can see the MacBookPro11,3 group covered Late 2013 and Mid-2014 years, sadly the 2015 is different.
