there are small purple specks on the screen

it isnt growing much and its at the left tip of my phone. it just gets more pigmented. it doesnt really affect me since its small and at the tip so i could wait. i tried restarting even factory restart and nothings working. i usually wipe with a wet wipe as it is oily at times. if it is due to water, should i wait for the water to slowly evaporate or get the display replaced?
