Hi, Looks like i have a damaged keyboard cable that is attached to logic board and i tried to cut short to fix the damaged part but it seems to be too short now. Is there any way to fix it or get a replacement.

Ouch! This is not good ;-{
Simply put you’ll need a new uppercase assembly as replacing the keyboard (there is no separate cable) is just too hard to do. Review Step 11 here MacBook Pro 16" 2019 Teardown
Just for reference here is a 15” upper case [https://www.thebookyard.com/product.php?...|15” MacBook Pro Top Case & UK Keyboard - Space Grey (18/19). I haven’t found a 16” for sale yet. sorry to say I’m sure it will go for more.
