Should I trust what my repair place is telling me?
Hi Guys,
I hope this is the right place to ask this question. I'm hoping just to get some second opinions on my issue. I had a old Macbook retina A1398 early 2013 which I had repaired less than a year ago for numerous issues.
One of the issues was the keyboard which I had replaced with a new one. 6 months after the repair, a problem developed where multiple keys were being activated on any keypress. All repairs are supposed to be covered by warranty for up to 1 year. The repair place has now taken a look and they're telling me that the issue was caused by liquid spillage caused by me but I honestly don't have any recollection of every doing so. The strange thing is when they repaired it and I picked it up, I thought to myself the keyboard doesn’t feel like it’s sitting right.
They've sent me some images and I can't really see what they're trying to show me. Everything I see looks just like general use of a keyboard.

Does this look like liquid damage caused by me?
Thanks.
Esta é uma boa pergunta?
