No power. led 1 on. No 2,3,4 . HDD spining. No display, starup sound

The computer does not turn on, when I disassemble it I noted that LED 1 lights up when connecting the power cable.

When I press the power button, I only hear the hard disk spinning, but the LEDs 2, 3 and 4 do not light up, and the start-up sound is not heard either. apparently the behavior does not resemble the PRAM battery failure.

I bought a new power supply but I didn't change anything and I wonder if it's the logic board falling
