ps4 will work on all but one of my TVs

I recently had it fixed the hdmi port was replaced and it works on all of my TVs but one. The hdmi will connect and in one port there is no sound or video it’s like static black and grey and on the 2nd it’s half color and half static and still no sound. I’ve never had to use hdmi on it before just rca so I figured nothing was wrong with my tv and as a cheap fix I got a rca/hdmi adapter and that didn’t even seem to let my tv know a device was on. How do I fix it?
