How can I trigger the problem if the touch is not responding?

after i replace the broken lcd screen, the display was ok and its graphics but the touch is not responding. i tried to order again another screen and still the same. then i replaced the usb circuit board but touch doesn’t work. i replace the home button sensor and again it doesn’t fix the problem. how can i fix this?
