Replaced HDMI Chip, but no success

So i had a problem with my PS4, as soon as it turns on the led goes WLOD. Well, i've got my multimeter checked the diodes to the sides of the encoder chip and they were all shorted, so i got a new encoder chip and replaced it

the 5 diodes connected to the encoder “beep” even after replacing the chip. They look so messed up too.. maybe could they be the cause?
