Why is not turning with the new battery?
Why is my MacBook Pro not turning on with the new battery I bought from you guys?

What do you see when you press the onboard battery checker?
Also what is the color of the MagSafe charger LED? Amber, Green or not lit at all.

Much Better!
Now we have a start point. Your battery is currently charged and the charging logic appears to be working properly.
Next Step! You stated it beeps, is the beeps in a pattern of long and short? Review this If your Mac beeps during startup If its not doing then continue with the next test otherwise tell us what pattern you are getting.

Locate the two Square pads and without touching any other points short across them. These are power pads which by-passes the keyboard button with the system on its side so the lid is open does the system turn on? All look as the fan blades did then move at all?

I don’t see nothing . The screen doesn’t turn on and it just makes the beeping sound.
@juniorsocio1 - So when you press the battery checker button on the side as I have shown you in the picture above none of the tiny 10 LED's light up at all?
And the MagSafe charger LED is likewise not lit either Green or Amber?
You don't need to turn the system on at all for these two tests. Just look at what they are doing.
I apologize I did not really look at the picture and realize what you were explaining. The light on the charger is lit green. The lights next to the battery checker lit up green also but then turned off.
