MacBook Facetime HD not working serial number:? No video capture devi

I have 2 Macbook A2289 and a A1708 both have a crack screen and I’ve replace them. Now the camera in system info doesn’t show it and also under USB it shows Facetime HD serial number: ?.

No video capture devices were found.

I put back the original screen and it does the same. I’ve done the SMC and PRAM. I’ve reinstall the OS. It still doesn’t work.

I’ve also installed Windows 10 and it has the yellow exclamation.

The A1708 when i did the diagnose it gets error NDC001 but the A2289 doesn’t have any errors.

Please advise.
