iPhone can’t get out of boot loop and Apple logo

My iPhone is frozen on Apple logo loop.  I connected the iPhone to the laptop, put it into recovery mode to restore it, but after exactly 2 minutes it exits this mode and reboots and then returns to recovery mode again and again, as a result, an error occurs during recovery.  I tried different apps (ireboot, dr.fone), but each time the iPhone exits recovery mode itself and the process is interrupted.  Has anyone come across this?  I searched the entire internet, but I couldn't find anything.

There are a lot of reasons your phone is doing this. The most common cause on the X series is a parts problem. The first thing you need to do is replace the battery. If it still acts the same replace the dock connector with a sourced original.

Since it is doing this every couple of minutes it would point to one of the above.

I have that suspicion, too. I'll try to take it to the service today. Thank you for your reply.

Took the phone to the service, they said that you need to replace the motherboard, although the phone is not even opened. Is it possible?

@viktorlegon How did it become like this? If you have ruled out parts it is likely to be a board issue. It is hard to diagnose this over the internet. There is a free program called 3uTools that can be used on a PC, if you try an update or restore with this you can see what it is doing when it reboots during the process but being at the two minute mark I would suspect NAND or CPU communication problem.

A reputable repairer should be able to fix the issue but depending on the cause of the fault will determine the cost. It might just need the interposer board re-balled or a more costly repair on the NAND or CPU.

You should get some quotes than decide if it’s worth repairing.
